The villa is located on the prestigious Lindfields development, close to Disney and all the major attractions. The spacious master bedroom has bathroom en-suite and queen size bed. There are two further twin bedrooms, with a second bathroom. Two dining areas provide seating for ten. The living room has two sofas and sliding patio doors leading to the sun deck and heated, covered pool. One sofa opens to a double bed, providing sleeping for two. TV in master bedroom and lounge and VCR. An archway leads to a second family room with two sofas.

Decor throughout is Florida style. The kitchen has a cooking range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker and all utensils. A telephone with free local calls for guests. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Double garage. Driveway, with parking for two cars, and gardens. Crib and baby linen. All linen and towels.

The prestigious Lindfields development is a quiet residential area of executive homes. Your Lindfields Vacation Villa is located 5 minutes from Disney World Drive. Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center and MGM Studios are so close that you can hear the fireworks at night as you sit by the pool! 24 hour shopping is available 5 minutes away at the superior Formosa Gardens Shopping plaza. Wet 'n' Wild, Sea World, Universal Studios and International Drive are all within easy reach and access to the Interstate 4 leads east to Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Center and west to Busch Gardens and the Gulf coast. Lindfields is in Kissimmee on the world famous 192, Twenty miles of the best shopping, restaurants and fast food outlets. Visit the Old Town amusement center, explore the vast lakes by airboat, stroll through elegant Cypress Gardens or keep cool in Water Mania.
Fun in the sun - swim or sunbathe after a day at the attractions
At the rear of the house is a screened pool. Heating is constant with solar panels, backed by electric heating when required (January and February). A fine mesh screen encloses the pool and sun deck. The house has a double garage with a door leading into the kitchen. The home is fully insured and is licensed by the local authority as holiday accommodation. The house is professionally managed by a property management company adjacent to Lindfields.
A kitchen in your vacation home - a snack or meal when you want it.
The kitchen has every convenient labour saving device with a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and a cooking range as well as a microwave, four slice toaster, coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, iron and board. A laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The master en-suite - watch cable TV in bed
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom above has a queen size bed and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom provides a bathtub and shower, wash basin and wc. A cable TV in the master bedroom, with remote control, provides a lazy alternative to the cable TV in the lounge which also has a remote. A baby's crib with linen is also provided. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and large closets. A bathroom is conveniently placed between them. The sofa bed in the lounge can be used for extra sleeping accommodation. All rooms have fitted carpet and are furnished Florida style. Smoke alarms and emergency lighting conform to licensing regulations. A special smoke alarm for the hearing impaired is available on request.
